About the Role
We are looking for an experienced CNC Set-Up Technician skilled in both 5-axis and 3-axis machining. If you're passionate about precision, thrive in a collaborative environment, and want to work with advanced equipment and challenging projects, this is your opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate 5-axis and 3-axis CNC mills/lathes to meet job specifications.
Load tools, set work and tool offsets, and fine-tune machine parameters.
Read and interpret blueprints, CAD models, and technical drawings.
Perform first-article inspections and resolve any setup or quality issues.
Work with CNC programmers to optimize tool paths and machining strategies.
Maintain accuracy, quality, and efficiency across all production runs.
Keep a clean, organized, and safety-conscious workspace.

Requirements
Qualifications:
5+ years of CNC setup experience on 5-axis and/or 3-axis machines.
Strong ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
Experience with tight tolerances and high-complexity parts.
Solid understanding of G-code, tool selection, and machine parameters.
Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Team-oriented, self-motivated, and quality-driven.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
